Awesome Pulsar was built by Indica. Submissions are reviewed by Indica and the Pulsar Framework team — both have access to approve or deny entries. No GitHub PR, no fork, no waiting for a build. Click Submit a Resource, fill the form, and your entry goes into the moderation queue.

Fill the form
Name, one-line description, URL, category, and a few tags. Live validation, rate-limited per IP, BotID-protected, honeypot filtered.

Moderators review
Indica and the Pulsar Framework team both have admin access. Submissions land in Pending until one of them approves it — spam, dupes, and broken links never reach the public list.

The community votes
Approved entries appear with an upvote button. Top-voted resources rise to the Featured rail at the top of the page.
